Software End User License Agreement

By installing and using the SWCast.net Software ("the Software") contained herein (collectively all included applications, documentation, multimedia, and other components) and the SWCast.net Service ("the Service"), SWCast.net Users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth within this license.

The Software is protected under U.S. and international copyright law. The Software contains trademarks, servicemarks, and other intellectual property of SWCast Network, Inc. SWCast.net Users are not being granted any right, title, or interest in the copyrights, trademarks, servicemarks, or other intellectual property rights with respect to either the Software or the Service.

SWCast.net Users may install the Software onto a personal computer for their own individual use. SWCast.net Users may routinely backup the Software from the same personal computer. No rights are given nor implied for SWCast.net Users to reverse engineer or decompile the Software (or any portion of it), nor to redistribute or republish the Software (or any portion of it), nor to make the Software (or any portion of it) available for sale or lease, nor to incorporate the Software (or any portion of it) into any commercial product or service.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SWCAST.NET MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTY AS TO THE CONTENT, SEQUENCE, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SOFTWARE; OR THAT THE THE SOFTWARE OR THE SERVICE AND THE INFORMATION OBTAINED THEREIN MAY BE RELIED UPON FOR ANY PARTICULAR REASON OR PURPOSE. SWCAST.NET MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTY THAT USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, VIRUS-FREE OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT ANY DEFECTS CAN BE CORRECTED.
